The Washington Post reported on Thursday that Chris Cuomo, who anchors CNN’s popular “Cuomo Prime Time,” participated in several conference calls with the Democratic governor’s top aide, communication team, lawyers, and outside advisors to advise Andrew Cuomo, who has been accused of sexual harassment by at least seven women since December 2020. Chris Cuomo encouraged the governor to “take a defiant position” and not resign, and stated that “cancel culture” was a reason to push back against the allegations, sources told The Washington Post....

Lynch joins a cast that already includes Michelle Williams, Seth Rogen, Paul Dano, “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” breakout Julia Butters, and rising star Gabriel LaBelle. The movie is written by Spielberg with Tony Kushner, who most recently penned the screenplay for Spielberg’s Oscar contender “West Side Story.” The film is loosely based on Spielberg’s childhood growing up in Arizona, and features Williams and Dano as characters inspired by his parents....
Deadline reports: “Writer meetings have been taking place over the past month with Reynolds recently meeting with a handful of writers to hear their pitch for the next installment. In the end, the studio and Reynolds saw the sisters’ take as the perfect fit for what they wanted. The film is still in early development but the hiring of the Molyneux sisters does mark the first major step in getting the next ‘Deadpool’ film into production....
But so far, much of the drama surrounding the film has essentially amounted to fans connecting their own dots. Pugh has been conspicuously absent from the press tour, but she has a convenient excuse in the form of her obligations to “Dune: Part Two,” which is currently filming in Budapest. Theories about the nature of Pugh’s feud with Wilde, and whether or not it was a result of Wilde’s relationship with Styles, are still just theories....
