Villaseñor’s costuming is also spot-on for fans of Kevin’s iconic green jacket and beanie. But the sketch takes a dark hairpin turn when the Wet Bandits, as Harry and Marv are known, show up to crash Kevin’s attempts to help out the poor Pigeon Lady, who just wanted a piece of pizza....

Soderbergh revealed during a recent interview on the Happy Sad Confused podcast that he is developing a “philosophical” sequel to “Contagion” alongside Scott Burns, who served as screenwriter on the 2011 film. The project appears to be in its early stages and will unlikely be a direct sequel to “Contagion,” but Soderbergh noted that it may touch on similar themes and ideas. “I’ve got a project in development that Scott Burns is working with me on, that’s a kind of philosophical sequel to ‘Contagion,’ but in a different context,” Soderbergh said....

The “Rhiannon” miniseries is set to explore the mythology and folklore that inspired Nicks to write the Fleetwood Mac song. Nicks told the Times that a fan sent her “four paperback novels in a Manila envelope” five years after she first wrote “Rhiannon” in 1973 that explored all the mythology behind the song. Included in the envelope was Evangeline Walton’s adaptation of the ancient British Mabinogion, which Nicks then bought the rights to after being “transfixed” by the prose....
