While plaintiff Kristina Charlotte Hirsch did not name Beatty in the suit, the defendant is identified as being nominated for an Academy Award for his role as Clyde in “Bonnie and Clyde,” which Beatty was in 1968. Beatty is now 85 years old. Louisiana resident Hirsch alleges that Beatty met her on a film set, paying her “undue attention” while remarking on her looks and allegedly giving her his phone number....
Deadline reported on Tuesday that Moore and Stewart have plans to create a 13-episode animated series for Apple TV+. Though the project appears to be in its early stages — there’s no word on a release date or voice cast — the duo stated that the project would boast the same style of animation that made “Wolfwalkers” one of the most popular films of 2020. “We have a big series for Apple TV that’s not really announced,” Moore and Stewart told Deadline....

“Am I OK?” might be the only comedy at this year’s Sundance Film Festival about a pair of pals upended — sort of — by the admission that one of them is gay, but it’s also a generous examination of female friendship, a dead funny skewering of L.A. culture, and a refreshing new spin on the sex comedy to boot. It’s got something for everyone, a crowd-pleaser with the kind of plotline that might scare of a handful of audience members (too bad for them, really)....
